Lunch:  Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Pam's Casein Brownie, Wheat Thins Reduced Fat. Dinner:  Broccoli, Cauliflower, Challah Egg Bread, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Robusto Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Brownie.
