Lunch:  Tender Beef with Portobello Mushrooms. Dinner:  Beef Bologna (Low Fat), Ranch Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat), Romaine Lettuce, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat). Snacks/Other:  Oikos Organic 0% Fat Greek Yogurt, Peanut Butter & Jelly Bar.
