Fat: 94.51g | Prot: 134.03g | Carb: 141.20g.   Breakfast:  Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Kraft), 100% Liquid Egg Whites, All Natural Grade A Eggs (Large), Bell Peppers, Mushrooms , Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Lunch:  Lettuce, Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Meat and Skin (Cooked, Roasted) . Dinner:  Homestyle Guacamole, Skillet Queso, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Celery , cookie, Peanut Butter, Red Delicious Apples.
