Fat: 73.46g | Prot: 81.64g | Carb: 154.75g.   Breakfast:  Celery , Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Grapefruit Juice, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Chicken Enchiladas, rice, salsa. Dinner:  baby spinach, ham, pineapple, tortellini, watermelon salad. Snacks/Other:  almonds.
