Fat: 53.68g | Prot: 107.91g | Carb: 567.95g.   Breakfast:  steel cut oats, banana, orange, kirkland soy milk. Lunch:  pinto beans, kale, carrots, mushroom. Dinner:  potato, spicy spinach pizza, vegenaise, the world's best veggie burger, powerseed, kidney beans, rice, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, kale, toby's jalapeno dip, ak-mak. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Stout.
