Fat: 53.68g | Prot: 107.91g | Carb: 567.95g.   Breakfast:  banana, kirkland soy milk, orange, steel cut oats. Lunch:  carrots, kale, mushroom, pinto beans. Dinner:  ak-mak, broccoli, kale, kidney beans, mushrooms, onions, potato, powerseed, rice, spicy spinach pizza, the world's best veggie burger, toby's jalapeno dip, vegenaise. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Stout.
