Fat: 41.84g | Prot: 72.12g | Carb: 207.19g.   Breakfast:  bagel thins, fat free cream cheese, nescafe coffee, non dairy coffee creamer. Lunch:  Bistro Chicken Caesar Salad, hint of lime, rice puddin jello. Dinner:  chicken breast, hunts traditional sauce, light wheat bread publix, tri color pasta, Whipped Light Butter. Snacks/Other:  grapes, kika craquers, weight watchers giant latte ice cream.
