Fat: 77.43g | Prot: 108.25g | Carb: 192.86g.   Breakfast:  berry yogurt, clementine, hard boiled egg, hard boiled egg white, Honey Roasted Turkey Breast -PH. Lunch:  coffee creamer ph, Expresso Chocolate, fresh peanut butter, granny smith apple, grapefruit. Dinner:  Stir Fry with Tuna -PH. Snacks/Other:  almond ph, berry yogurt, granny smith apple, israeli salad ph, peanuts ph.
