Lunch:  coffee creamer ph, Expresso Chocolate, fresh peanut butter, granny smith apple, grapefruit. Dinner:  Black Japonica Rice, chopped Broccoli, coffee creamer ph, Expresso Chocolate, Quail. Snacks/Other:  almond ph, berry yogurt, granny smith apple, israeli salad ph, peanuts ph.
