Fat: 93.40g | Prot: 102.45g | Carb: 211.91g.   Breakfast:  hard boiled egg, clementine, hard boiled egg white, Honey Roasted Turkey Breast -PH, berry yogurt. Lunch:  grapefruit, Expresso Chocolate, coffee creamer ph, granny smith apple, fresh peanut butter. Dinner:  Quail, chopped Broccoli, Black Japonica Rice, coffee creamer ph, Expresso Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  granny smith apple, berry yogurt, peanuts ph, almond ph, israeli salad ph.
