Fat: 23.43g | Prot: 82.83g | Carb: 109.44g.   Breakfast:  fruite plus veggies, mango, whey powder. Lunch:  chicken, eggs, whole wheat english muffin. Dinner:  turkey breast. Snacks/Other:  protein bar.
