Fat: 66.96g | Prot: 105.79g | Carb: 289.36g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Original, Tea (Brewed), Honey, Organic Flax Plus Red Berry Crunch, red grapes. Lunch:  pasta & three bean soup amy's, water crackers, oranges. Dinner:  Garlic Chicken Flatbread, Pork Tenderloin, Organic Portobello Salad, Zinfandel Wine. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Cacao Crunchy Roasted Nibs, star punch grapefruit.
