Fat: 110.39g | Prot: 108.06g | Carb: 148.64g.   Breakfast:  My Starbucks Venti Coffee with Splenda, BlackBerries, Flax and Almond meal breakfast. Lunch:  GF Latkas, Falafel. Dinner:  Pork Tenderloin, Falafel, Tzatziki, Spinach, Pickled Turnip, Pickled Turnip. Snacks/Other:  Bombs, Coconut Macaroons, Walton's Beef Jerky, Non-Alcoholic Beer.
