Fat: 80.21g | Prot: 44.54g | Carb: 226.16g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon raisin bagel, butter. Lunch:  rye bread, cheese, baby carrots, flax corn chips, apple, prunes. Dinner:  peanut butter, celery, coconut oil, Air Popped Popcorn. Snacks/Other:  almond, ginger snaps.
