Fat: 80.21g | Prot: 44.54g | Carb: 226.16g.   Breakfast:  butter, cinnamon raisin bagel. Lunch:  cheese, apple, baby carrots, flax corn chips, prunes, rye bread. Dinner:  Air Popped Popcorn, celery, coconut oil, peanut butter. Snacks/Other:  almond, ginger snaps.
