Fat: 96.29g | Prot: 73.92g | Carb: 176.52g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Egg, Feta Cheese. Lunch:  Mozzarella Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Sausage, Mozzarella Cheese, Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Quinoa (Cooked), Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Olive Oil, Anaheim Chile. Snacks/Other:  Shortbread, Milk Chocolate Candies, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Light Beer.
