Fat: 49.25g | Prot: 97.60g | Carb: 108.22g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Almonds , Chia Seeds, Coffee (Instant) , Honey , Lemon Juice , Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, Protein Drink, Sugar Free Hazelnut Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  chardonnay, seared tuna salad. Dinner:  chicken soup, fresh spinach.
