Fat: 21.61g | Prot: 59.71g | Carb: 213.17g.   Breakfast:  Caramel Delight Lightly Sweetened Crunchy Whole Wheat Squares, kroger hot chocolate mix, Lowfat 1% Milk, yoplait yogurt. Lunch:  banana, diet cola, lean cuisine phili steak panini, yoplait yogurt. Dinner:  baby carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, Chili (Small), diet cola, saltine crackers. Snacks/Other:  Baby Spinach.
