Fat: 146.96g | Prot: 141.57g | Carb: 408.53g.   Breakfast:  Pita Bread, provolone cheese, scrambled eggs. Lunch:  Chips (Side), Flour Tortilla John Coctosan Quesadilla - Chicken. Dinner:  circus cookies, gatorade fruit punch, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, tyson crispy chicken strips.
