Fat: 66.00g | Prot: 67.22g | Carb: 172.76g.   Breakfast:  butter, coffee, large egg, Multigrain bread arnold, soy milk unsweeten. Lunch:  black olive, Chicken, lettuce, olive oil, rice noodle, tomato, Vegetable stir fry. Dinner:  Kung pao chicken, low mein. Snacks/Other:  Dare grain first lemon cracker, ice cream, Orange.
