Fat: 48.12g | Prot: 70.49g | Carb: 190.87g.   Breakfast:  butter, coffee, kraft american fat free cheese, Multigrain bread arnold, peanut butter, soy milk unsweeten. Lunch:  black olive, lettuce, olive oil, rice noodle, Tuna salad, Vegetable stir fry. Dinner:  turkey chili, White rice. Snacks/Other:  Dare grain first lemon cracker, Pepperidge farm goldfish.
