Fat: 44.14g | Prot: 64.64g | Carb: 201.88g.   Breakfast:  soy milk unsweeten, coffee, butter, Low fat swiss cheese, tomato, Sesame bagel, banana. Dinner:  red wine, pasta, Chicken, asparagus, parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other:  Orange, Baked chips cheddar lays, chocolate chip cookie reduced fat.
