Lunch: almond flour, butter, egg whites, flaxseeds, Sausage & White Bean Soup, water. Dinner: asparagus, Carb Smart almond bar, cauliflower, feta cheese, garlic, grape tomatoes, olive oil, onion, portobello mushroom cap, raspberries, red bell pepper, spinach, walnuts, water.
