Fat: 136.39g | Prot: 84.77g | Carb: 108.99g.   Breakfast:  water, pork rib, barbecue sauce, asparagus, extra virgin olive oil, fingerling potatoes. Lunch:  egg whites, butter, flaxseeds, almond flour, Sausage & White Bean Soup, water. Dinner:  water, cauliflower, olive oil, onion, garlic, spinach, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, portobello mushroom cap, asparagus, red bell pepper, raspberries, walnuts, Carb Smart almond bar.
