Fat: 89.85g | Prot: 106.36g | Carb: 185.42g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, eggs, red bell pepper, Water, yoplait light blueberry yogurt. Lunch:  apple, cucumber, pineapple, Turkey Breast Meat, water. Dinner:  extra dark chocolate pieces, iceberg lettuce mix, lasagna with meat and sauce, stouffer's, mango, Texas toast with cheese, water, Zesty Italian, Kraft. Snacks/Other:  Raw Almonds, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese.
