Fat: 83.43g | Prot: 163.24g | Carb: 456.62g.   Breakfast:  Sea Salt, Milk (Nonfat), Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels, Kiwi Fruit, Astro 0% yogurt, Egg White, Quick Oats, Lemon Juice, Blueberries, Dried Chia Seeds, 12 grain ceral, Natural Peanut Butter, Natural Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Apples, Walnuts, Flaked light tuna-low sodium, Baby Carrots, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), Mushrooms, Cabbage, Avocados, Tomato Paste, Green Peas, Quinoa, Lettuce, Oranges, Oranges, Spinach. Dinner:  Quick Oats, Cocoa, Sardines in Mustard Sauce, Dark Red Kidney Beans, Green Peas, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Leeks, Onions, Salt.
