Fat: 21.60g | Prot: 113.12g | Carb: 197.15g.   Breakfast:  Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Bananas. Lunch:  Jennie-O Lean Turkey Italian Sausage, Ancient Harvest Gluten Free Pasta, Kale. Dinner:  Omaha Steaks Ahi Tuna Steaks, Ruby Tuesday Lemon Drop Martini. Snacks/Other:  Strawberries, Grapefruit, Apples, Oranges.
