Fat: 34.83g | Prot: 73.81g | Carb: 221.64g.   Breakfast:  Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, Blueberries, Bananas. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Shoulder Clod, Top Blade Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Jicama, Cabbage, French Salad Dressing (Fat Free), El Pollo Loco Spanish Rice. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Earth Balance Organic Buttery Spread - Original Whipped, Kale. Snacks/Other:  Oranges, Pears, Apples.
