Fat: 71.80g | Prot: 72.59g | Carb: 59.33g.   Breakfast:  Olive Oil, Organic Grade A Brown Eggs, Original Recipe Breakfast Sausage, Spinach. Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Creamy Balsamic Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  Beef and Pork Meatballs, Chardonnay, Mixed Salad Greens, Poppy Seed Dressing, Toasted Garlic Bread. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
