Fat: 134.96g | Prot: 110.01g | Carb: 426.76g.   Breakfast:  Bran Cereal, Milk (Nonfat), Raisins, Designer Whey red raspberry. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Mini Pretzels. Dinner:  Light Wheat Hamburger Rolls, Ground Beef (Hamburger, Approx 23% Fat, Frozen Patties), Steak Fries. Snacks/Other:  Double Stuf Sandwich Cookies, Scoops Corn Chips.
