Fat: 38.45g | Prot: 68.08g | Carb: 160.34g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free Half & Half, Nutrisystem Cinnamon, Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner:  Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Cauliflower Florets, Golden Pound Cake. Snacks/Other:  Double Chocolate Almond Cookie, Pink Lady Apples, Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt with Super Fruits.
