Fat: 38.45g | Prot: 68.08g | Carb: 160.34g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free Half & Half, Fried Egg without Fat, Nutrisystem Cinnamon. Lunch:  Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Cauliflower Florets, Golden Pound Cake, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Double Chocolate Almond Cookie, Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt with Super Fruits, Pink Lady Apples.
