Fat: 49.92g | Prot: 105.65g | Carb: 171.15g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free Half & Half, Organic Fat Free Milk, Pork & Venison Pecan Smoked Sausage, Toasted Oats Cereal. Lunch:  Bean & Ham Soup, Boiled Egg, Cucumber (Peeled), Lighten Up Sun Dried Tomato Dressing, Tender Garden Salad. Dinner:  Cajun Chicken & Sausage with Rice, Cauliflower Florets, White Chocolate Chunk Cookie. Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Peppermint Cookie Patty, Pink Lady Apples.
