Lunch:  Pink Lady Apples, Cut Green Beans, NutriSystem Red Beans and Rice. Dinner:  Golden Pound Cake, Cauliflower Florets, Reduced Fat Light Buttery Flavor Town House Crackers, Chili with Beans. Snacks/Other:  Banana, NutriSystem Popcorn, Vodka, Oikos Organic Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (4 oz).
