Fat: 55.92g | Prot: 100.72g | Carb: 207.58g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried Egg, 7 Grain Bread, Smoked Pork and Venison Sausage. Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Cut Green Beans, Rotini with Meatballs & Tomato Sauce. Dinner:  Cajun Chicken & Sausage with Rice, Golden Pound Cake, Cut Green Beans, 7 Grain Bread. Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Pink Lady Apples, NutriSystem Peanut Butter Cookie, Organic Fat Free Milk.
