Fat: 55.92g | Prot: 100.72g | Carb: 207.58g.   Breakfast:  7 Grain Bread, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried Egg, Smoked Pork and Venison Sausage. Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Cut Green Beans, Rotini with Meatballs & Tomato Sauce. Dinner:  7 Grain Bread, Cajun Chicken & Sausage with Rice, Cut Green Beans, Golden Pound Cake. Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, NutriSystem Peanut Butter Cookie, Organic Fat Free Milk, Pink Lady Apples.
