Fat: 52.83g | Prot: 81.91g | Carb: 234.64g.   Breakfast:  7 Grain Bread, Banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free Half & Half, Fried Egg, Organic Fat Free Milk, Toasted Oats Cereal. Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Cut Green Beans, Red Beans & Rice with Sausage. Dinner:  Carrot Cake, Mushroom Risotto, Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Golden Pound Cake, Oikos vanilla yoghurt, Pink Lady Apples.
