Fat: 77.40g | Prot: 82.08g | Carb: 75.39g.   Breakfast:  Multigrain Roll, Mini Moos Half & Half Creamers, Coffee, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Egg White , American Cheese, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  Garden Market with Tuna Salad. Dinner:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Beef Steak, Citron Vodka, Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Mozzarella Cheese, Pork Spareribs.
