Lunch:  Beef Top Loin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Broccoli, Original Baked Beans. Dinner:  Chicken Noodle Soup (Low Sodium). Snacks/Other:  Cheesecake Cream Cheese, Clementines, Milk Chocolate M&M's, Mini Bagels - Plain, Twix Minis Ice Cream Bar.
