Lunch:  Original Baked Beans, Beef Top Loin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Broccoli. Dinner:  Chicken Noodle Soup (Low Sodium). Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Milk Chocolate M&M's, Twix Minis Ice Cream Bar, Cheesecake Cream Cheese, Mini Bagels - Plain.
