Lunch:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/2" Fat, Prime Grade), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Dinner:  Low Fat Refried Beans Vegetarian, 8" Flour Soft Taco (10 ct), Ground Turkey Breast - Extra Lean, Mexican Style Four Blend Cheese, Low Fat Refried Beans Vegetarian, 8" Flour Soft Taco (10 ct), Ground Turkey Breast - Extra Lean, Mexican Style Four Blend Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Cupcake with Icing, Clementines, Milk Chocolate M&M's.
