Fat: 46.05g | Prot: 73.98g | Carb: 163.96g.   Breakfast:  Whole wheat bread, Hard boiled egg, Simply orange juice, Apple, Coffee, Coffee mate hazelnut sugar free creamer, Sugar. Lunch:  Wheat bread, Turkey slices, Sargento ultra thin cheese, Baby carrots. Dinner:  Turkey, Green beans, Milk. Snacks/Other:  Cinnamon Graham Crackers, Skippy Natural peanut butter, Goldfish, Yo plait Greek smoothie, Milk, Red bull, Cashews.
