Fat: 54.66g | Prot: 60.71g | Carb: 185.22g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Apple, Coffee, Coffee mate hazelnut sugar free creamer, dannon oikos greek yogurt, Milk, Sugar, Yoplait smoothie made with Greek yogurt. Lunch:  Dole spring mix, Fat free Raspberry vinaigrette dressing, Kraft 2% shredded cheese, Orange, Sugar free red bull, Sweet & Salty Granola Bars - Roasted Mixed Nut. Dinner:  Black beans, Dole spring mix, Kraft 2% shredded cheese, Milk, Squash, Virginia brand Vidalia onion honey French royale dressing, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Snack pack chocolate pudding.
