Fat: 40.65g | Prot: 87.57g | Carb: 224.27g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, apricot preserves, egg, franz bread. Lunch:  acorn squash, apple, chicken. Dinner:  canned salmon, franz, mixed greens, newman's own balsamic, olive mayo. Snacks/Other:  1% milk, hummus, salsa, wasa.
