Fat: 70.45g | Prot: 102.88g | Carb: 163.63g.   Breakfast:  franz bread, half and half, natural peanut butter. Lunch:  kippered hering, salad greens. Dinner:  turkey sausage and veggies. Snacks/Other:  advocare , almonds, apple, instant capp.
