Fat: 38.73g | Prot: 79.11g | Carb: 174.85g.   Breakfast:  egg white, corn tortilla, spinach, canned green chili, tilamook light sour cream, half and half. Lunch:  chicken fajitas, mixed salad. Dinner:  chicken cacciatore, broccoli, red potato. Snacks/Other:  franz bread, butter, apple.
