Fat: 38.73g | Prot: 79.11g | Carb: 174.85g.   Breakfast:  canned green chili, corn tortilla, egg white, half and half, spinach, tilamook light sour cream. Lunch:  chicken fajitas, mixed salad. Dinner:  broccoli, chicken cacciatore, red potato. Snacks/Other:  apple, butter, franz bread.
