Fat: 52.87g | Prot: 77.18g | Carb: 165.47g.   Breakfast:  franz bread, natural peanut butter. Lunch:  brown rice, grape tomatoes, Lemon chicken, mixed salad, Newman's own balsamic. Dinner:  broccoli, chicken fajitas. Snacks/Other:  1% milk, almonds, apple, Cappuccino (Small), fiber one.
