Fat: 15.39g | Prot: 126.12g | Carb: 196.77g.   Breakfast:  water. Lunch:  baked lays, fat free turkey breast great value, hawaiian singles, Nature's Own honey wheat bread, parkay butter spray, water. Dinner:  breakstone's fat free cottage, chicken breast in water, chiquita banana, dannon light and fit, grape tomatoes , marketside broccoli florets, publix spinach, water. Snacks/Other:  breyers fat free ice cream, diet coke, ice cubes, publix frozen strawberry yogurt, zone perfect macadamia.
