Fat: 15.39g | Prot: 126.12g | Carb: 196.77g.   Breakfast:  water. Lunch:  baked lays, water, hawaiian singles, Nature's Own honey wheat bread, fat free turkey breast great value, parkay butter spray. Dinner:  water, chicken breast in water, marketside broccoli florets, grape tomatoes , breakstone's fat free cottage, chiquita banana, publix spinach, dannon light and fit. Snacks/Other:  zone perfect macadamia, diet coke, breyers fat free ice cream, publix frozen strawberry yogurt, ice cubes.
