Fat: 57.69g | Prot: 59.62g | Carb: 119.84g.   Breakfast:  About 40% Fat Reduced Calorie Salted made with Yogurt Margarine-Like Spread Tub, Coffee, Great Value Bran Flakes Cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Egg, Franz 45 Calorie Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Dion's Low Fat Ranch Dressing, Dion's Turkey Salad (Half). Snacks/Other:  Plain Bread Sticks.
