Lunch:  Egg, La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb High Fiber Tortillas. Dinner:  Franz 45 Calorie Whole Wheat Bread, Franz 45 Calorie Whole Wheat Bread, Great Value Fat Free Smoked Turkey Breast, Pringles Light Fat Free Barbecue Potato Crisps, Pringles Light Fat Free Barbecue Potato Crisps.
