Fat: 55.68g | Prot: 82.56g | Carb: 146.96g.   Breakfast:  About 40% Fat Reduced Calorie Salted made with Yogurt Margarine-Like Spread Tub, Coffee, Great Value Bran Flakes Cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Breakfast Burrito. Dinner:  Original Potato Chips (Package), Turkey and Swiss Sub, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other:  Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge.
