Fat: 53.25g | Prot: 54.25g | Carb: 204.25g.   Breakfast:  100% Orange Juice, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Organic Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Classic Veggie D'Lite Sandwich, French Fries (Medium). Dinner:  great value mayonnaise, great value tuna fish.
