Fat: 45.42g | Prot: 101.89g | Carb: 243.50g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, body fortress protein, Coffee. Lunch:  hummus, leaf spinach, red seedless grapes, turkey, wrap. Dinner:  banana, orange, turkey. Snacks/Other:  Apples, body fortress, bordeaux chery, chia seeds, coconut , dried cranberries, flax seed, oatmeal, soy milk.
