Fat: 45.42g | Prot: 101.89g | Carb: 243.50g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, body fortress protein, Coffee, Bananas. Lunch:  turkey, hummus, wrap, leaf spinach, red seedless grapes. Dinner:  orange, banana, turkey. Snacks/Other:  dried cranberries, coconut , chia seeds, body fortress, soy milk, Apples, flax seed, oatmeal, bordeaux chery.
