Lunch:  Almonds, Ground Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat), Mustard, Onions, Pickles. Dinner:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (Without Salt Added), Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Sartori Merlot Bellavitano Cheese, Schwan's Triple Berry Blend, Shop 'n Save Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips.
