Fat: 83.68g | Prot: 107.19g | Carb: 121.61g.   Breakfast:  Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli, Nostimo 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, Spectrum Chia Seeds, Spectrum Cold Milled Ground Premium Flaxseed with Mixed Berries. Lunch:  Libby's Crispy Sauerkraut, StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Chocolate Glazed Eclairs (Custard Filled), Deli Sliced Ham, Dried Chia Seeds, Gouda or Edam Cheese, Nature's Way Efagold Coconut Oil, Onions, Singleton 's Stripey Jack Cheese, Spectrum Chia Seeds, Turkey Breast Meat.
