Fat: 83.68g | Prot: 107.19g | Carb: 121.61g.   Breakfast:  Spectrum Chia Seeds, Nostimo 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, Spectrum Cold Milled Ground Premium Flaxseed with Mixed Berries, Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli. Lunch:  StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Libby's Crispy Sauerkraut. Dinner:  Chocolate Glazed Eclairs (Custard Filled), Turkey Breast Meat, Singleton 's Stripey Jack Cheese, Deli Sliced Ham, Baby Spinach, Onions, Gouda or Edam Cheese, Nature's Way Efagold Coconut Oil, Dried Chia Seeds, Spectrum Chia Seeds.
