Fat: 53.74g | Prot: 87.17g | Carb: 124.52g.   Breakfast:  Chobani Non Fat Yogurt, Coconut Oil, Coffee, Flax Seed, Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Schwan Triple Berry. Lunch:  Carrot, Potato, Prime Rib , Squash with Vidalia Onion. Dinner:  Breakfast Ham Hormel, Egg, Egg white, Laughing Cow. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Fat Free Plain, Cinnamon Chex, Cottage Cheese Food Club, Schwan Triple Berry.
