Lunch:  Hormel Chili Beans, Chicken California Blend Soup, String Cheese Weight Watcher, Parmesan Cheese. Dinner:  Cheese Omlette, Hormel Canadian Bacon, Wheat Bread, Spicy Mustard, Spinach, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Basic Four, Almonds 100, Apple.
