Fat: 46.45g | Prot: 93.82g | Carb: 185.98g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Creamer, Flax Seed, Plain non fat yogurt, Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Schwans Blueberry. Lunch:  Chicken California Blend Soup, Hormel Chili Beans, Parmesan Cheese, String Cheese Weight Watcher. Dinner:  Cheese Omlette, Hormel Canadian Bacon, Mushrooms, Spicy Mustard, Spinach, Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Almonds 100, Apple, Basic Four.
